As promised in the last issue, this week, Bombay Buzz continues to pay homage to the party animals of the city. This weekbestofbombay.com takes a look at Mumbai's cheap late night eateries. Hopefully, this will come as a boon to all you people who don't want to pay extravagant prices at a 5-star restaurant.

Bade Miyan
Need i say more? This place is located in the lane behind Cafe Mondegar in Colaba and serves some of the best rolls in Mumbai. No true Bombayite has not been to Bade Miyan. Make sure you specify how spicy you want your food to be, unless you want to beg for forgiveness in the morning.

Ayub's
This little joint situated near The President at Cuffe Parade is rumored to be stealing away the loyal Bade Miyan clientele with their succulent kababs and brilliant paneer tikka roll.

Bachelor
Care for some after-drinks dessert? This would be the place to head to. Conveniently located next to Copa Cabana and Knights Wharf you can feast on some strawberries n cream. For those with growling stomachs they have a good variety of sandwiches and pizzas. Editor recommends the Paneer Grilled Sandwiches!

Amar Juice Centre
Right next to NM and Mithibai, during the day this place is packed with collegians. But with its range of chaats and sandwiches and dishes from down south its a good pit stop option by night.

Haji Ali Juice Centre
Definitely needs no introduction nor any locational specifications. But how could we have a list of late night jaunts up without mentioning Bombay's favourite (and ahem costliest) juice option. You can even pig out on some deliciously filling milkshakes, icecreams and oh top it off with a bite of Lindt. And well for the hoity-toity they accept credit cards here!

The BhurjiWala near Cooper Hospital
This guy is absolutely packed almost every night after 1:00 a.m. On some weekends you may have to wait for upto 25 minutes for your order. But the bhurji pav is well worth the wait.

Light of Asia
Located near Strand Cinema in Colaba, Light of Asia restaurant actually delivered piping hot butter chicken and naans at 3:30 a.m. Call 22834316 for delivery.

Balaji
Balaji is the 24 hour eatery at the domestic airport. After a night of hard partying, this the perfect (and possibly only) place to go to eat pav bhaji. The food isnt really great but the fact that its open 24 hrs a day is a plus point. Also, it's pure veg.

Maroush
Apart from the great food, another factor in Maroush' favour is that its located at Phoenix Mills. This place serves Tandoori as well as Lebanese food.

Mini Punjab
Mini Punjab has a pretty awesome kabab platter. Even though this place might look closed at 2 a.m., they keep the AC section running to avoid any trouble.
