The only 'Bandra Girl' in the office, she may be lovingly referred to
as the Queen Bee, and keeps us dancing to her tunes. In charge of all
the final content of the site, she reigns as Editor and basically is in
charge of almost everything else. Covering the hippest parties and interviewing
Bombay's glitterati add to her job profile. So you see why she loves her
work! But as our boss, she's great to work with and definitely has a high
tolerance level to control, ignore or sometimes join us in our spurts
of madness! Her moves on the dance floor may be difficult to imitate and
her eclectic taste in food, fashion and music is what sets her apart!
Kuber Sharma
Equipped with computer smarts, he is the most important asset of the office,
he may just as well be the sober-most part of our mechanisms. Even though
he may not have the greatest of immune system he definitely keeps our
viruses in check. From hardware to software he knows his technique like
no other. Heading the Technical Team, Kuber has learnt to raise his voice
up many a decibel, trying to fit in his comments. He is also part of our
editorial team and efficiently ensures the smooth sailing of the site.
Ameesha Lathia
She is definitely the most heard in the office, not always for her wise
words but more for her 'theme spirit' of "lets get loud". She
may not be able to sing but will give J Lo a run for her money anyway.
On top of the latest trends and trendsetters of the city she keeps us
style checked 24/7. She's witty, she's smart her perkiness keeps the office
ablaze all day long. Taking charge of our PR, you can always count on
her to start a fire or to get the job done.
Rakita Jain
Young and energetic, this girl channels her energies in the right direction.
Skilled with photoshop abilities, she painstakingly paints the city's
picture for us. As soon as we found her we set our designs on her, believe
me there is nothing more attractive than a tech-savvy chic. Her eagerness
and enthusiasm overshadows her eccentricities and reflects off her and
is contagious in our humble office surroundings. With the right creative
direction she solely takes charge of the 'creatives' of the site.
Tanvi Desai
Not the type to chatter aimlessly, she knows exactly what to say to get
her work done. Her charms may allow her to get away with a lot but its
her hardwork and perseverance that helps complete the job. She may follow
a strict regime at home but we love her for the health conscious freak
she may be becoming. As Content Manager for the site, she will tell you
'what's hot and what's not', where to go and why its worth your time to
do so.
Hiral Valia
She may be our hottest new recruit but in her department, there's no one
better suited for the job. If its striking up new deals or pitching ice
to Eskimos, she does so effectively. She handles most of the Marketing
for the website along with a few others. Her fluency with words aids our
editorial from time to time. Another health freak in the office leaves
the rest of us in danger of conversion. Though we pray that the aloo biryani
we subscribe to will not fail us yet.
Vandhana R.S.
Potentially charged we knew we got lucky when we bagged this one. She's
friendly and nice but she swears off rice, grilled sandwiches maybe her
weakness but it ends there. As Project Manager for BOB (Best of Bombay)
she handles most of the assignments. Her willingness to work, and commitment
to seeing it through is inspiring. She is also a part of the editorial
team.
