What we thought of it: Prato is actually the Four Seasons main breakfast venue. We are told that they serve up some of the best American, Indian and Japanese favorites for their breakfast. The restaurant is beautifully made with its glass panels opening out into the four seasons veranda. The restaurant has a very warm and welcoming feel to it in the evening.

You have the option of a set lunch menu or if you choose to go a la carte, Prato has an excellent selection of Antipasti, Secondi and Gelati. The sliced ham on baked pineapples was excellent. The chef cooks up some amazing pasta. And i really mean amazing. Flavors are distinct in every dish, probably because all their ingredients are imported directly from Italy. The grilled chicken with potatoes was delectable, although wouldve been more appreciated had the flavour kissed the inside of the chicken too. We re told that they serve an amazing pizza which is only for room service, so if you happen to be staying here, dont forget to try it out.

Dinner is a romantic affair with candle lights and lanterns lighting up the place. The dinner menu features modern Italian dishes as well as seasonal à la carte and a large vegetarian menu. The desserts are worth a mention. Especially the chocolate eclair, probably the best in the city. Definately worth a visit for Italian food Lovers.
Recommended drinks: Bellini, Prosecco
Recommended food: Crab and tomato omelettes, Birchermuesli
